These terms apply to your use of the Veteran Group Services website and to requesting services from us. By contacting us or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Veteran Group Services provides tree removal, tree and bush trimming, stump grinding, emergency storm cleanup, and commercial snow & ice removal in the Metro Detroit area. Estimates are provided in good faith and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment of the work.

Estimates & scheduling

• Quotes are valid for the period stated and may change if conditions differ from what was described.
• Weather, access, and safety conditions can affect scheduling — especially emergency and snow work, which is performed on a priority basis.
• For commercial snow accounts, the service schedule and pricing are governed by your service agreement with us.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your estimate or service agreement. Prepaid amounts (for example, prepaid seasonal salt) are applied against services as they are performed.

Communications

By giving us your contact information you agree we may contact you about your request by phone, text, and email. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We are licensed and insured and perform work to professional standards. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards not reasonably discoverable, or delays caused by weather or events beyond our control.
