Data Deletion Request

You can ask Veteran Group Services to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

Email admin@veterangroupservices.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", or call (734) 215-5824. Please include:

• Your full name.
• The phone number and/or email address you used to contact us.
• The service address, if you remember it (helps us locate your records).

What happens next

• We confirm your request and verify your identity.
• We delete the personal information we hold about you within 30 days, except records we're required to keep by law (for example, completed-transaction and tax records), which we retain only as long as legally required and then delete.
• We remove your number from any text or email follow-up lists.
• We email you to confirm once it's done.

Information collected through Facebook

If you contacted us through Facebook (our Page or a Facebook lead form) and want that information deleted, use the same request above and mention Facebook. We will delete the lead and message records associated with you.
